Bridging the Gap – Greyhound Rehoming SA

At Bridging the Gap (BTG) Greyhound Rehoming SA, we’re dedicated to giving retired racing greyhounds a second chance at life. Our mission is to help these gentle, loving dogs transition from the racing world to happy homes where they can thrive as family pets.

Greyhounds are unique—calm, affectionate, and incredibly loyal—but they often need guidance as they adjust to a home environment. That’s where we come in! Our experienced volunteers provide essential training, socialization, and support to prepare them for adoption.

How We Help

With over 20 years of experience in both greyhound racing and rehoming, our passionate team understands these dogs inside and out. We assist:
🐾 Retired racing greyhounds looking for their forever home
🐾 Dogs who need extra training before they’re ready for adoption
🐾 Greyhounds in urgent need of rehoming due to unforeseen circumstances

Every greyhound deserves a loving home, and we’re here to ensure they find one. Whether it’s basic training, confidence-building, or simply finding the right family, we work closely with each dog to give them the best start in their new life.
